Account or personal data deletion
Vibyng users may request either the complete deletion of their account and associated data, or the deletion of specific personal data while keeping the account active.
1. Complete account deletion
This request results in the closure of your Vibyng account and the deletion of the associated data, except for information that must be retained to comply with legal obligations, security requirements, fraud prevention, dispute management, or other legitimate purposes.
2. Data deletion without closing the account
You may request the deletion of specific personal data or content while keeping your account active. In your request, clearly specify which data you want us to remove, such as uploaded content, optional profile information, preferences, or other information that is not required for the account to function.
Some essential data, including your email address, username, and authentication information, cannot be deleted while keeping the account fully operational. If your request affects data required to maintain the account, we will inform you before taking action.

Email support@vibyng.com, using the email address linked to your Vibyng account whenever possible.

- Vibyng data deletion, to delete specific data while keeping your account active.
Information to include
- the email address linked to your account;
- your Vibyng username, if available;
- the type of request: account deletion or deletion of specific data;
- a clear description of the data or content you want deleted if you wish to keep your account active.
Verification and processing time
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity. Requests will be handled without undue delay and within the time limits required by applicable law. You will receive confirmation once the process is complete or if additional information is required.
